Subhadra Rijal, November 19, 2015 (DCnepal) - The shocking video shows the moment when a female California state attorney being body-slammed to the ground after resisting a bailiff during a heated courtroom argument. The sadistic incident took place on October 20 in the courtroom of San Luis Obispo Superior Court Judge Berry LaBarbera. California Deputy Attorney General Jeannie Mariah Kelly was arrested on suspicion of resisting obstructing a peace officer after her dramatic takedown, which was caught on a CCTV camera inside the courtroom. The video without sound is of 2-minute and it shows Kelly angrily gesticulating with a pen and seemingly yelling at an opposing attorney before a male bailiff confronts her. After the two exchange some words, the officer grabs both of Kelly’s hands, apparently with the intention of leading her out of the room, but the woman puts up a fight. A moment later, the deputy grabs Kelly from behind and hurls her to the floor. After that Kelly remains on the floor just outside the frame of the camera, with the bailiff standing over her. Whereas the other people in the room just watch over the incident and did not come for her help.
