Subhadra Rijal, November 19, 2015 (DCnepal) - Again the talks that held on Wednesday between the ruling parties and agitating United Democratic Madhesi Front (UDMF) said to be proved decisive ended inconclusively. In the meeting held at the Singha Durbar-based Office of Parliamentary State Affairs Committee, the government team floated a proposal to finalize the issues of demarcation of federal units in the disputed districts either by forming a parliamentary committee with the participation of UDMF leaders or a political committee which was rejected by the UDMF. General Secretary of UDMF alliance Sadbhawana Party Manish Suman criticized the government for failing to come up with a concrete proposal on the demarcation of federal provinces. While with the rumor of this the people in Biratnagar have come in protest against the split of Morang and Sunsari. The people have come in road and they are against the split of these places.
