Similarly the police in the capital are successful in arresting 17 gamblers in one of the casino in Kathmandu. The police collected RS20 million from the casino. At least 17people are arrested in a police raid at an illegal casino in Kathmandu. The police received the information that the gambling is being done on the larger amount. Police have also seized Rs 2 million on the casino tables at the time of the raid. The Police said some of the gamblers absconded from the site when the police raided the casino. The casino is being operated professionally by the owner of the casino, Shekhar Dhoj Rana
