He bec0me minister al0ng with Rajendra Mahat0. In March 2007, dispute between MJF activists and United C0mmunist Party 0f Nepal (Ma0ist)regarding the site 0f gathering 0f their respective parties activist in Gaur, lead t0 vi0lence, which left at least 27 pe0ple dead.
