As it was controlled at Bardhaghat it has been proved. Chief of Bhalmari Corporation sent the tanker to Hama Oil Store at the initiation of Gopal Khadka, executive Director of Oil Corporation. He had sent the Na 4 Kha 7145 numbered tanker to Kathmandu which has been controlled in Nawalparasi and returned it to Rupandehi in actively of district police office and administration. The source claimed that diesel was sent to Kathmandu for liter Rs. 130. Bishnu Dhakal chief of district officer said as he got an information that the oil is sent to Kathmandu without any information then he started to investigate it. Police Inspector said they checked it as they new oil has been sent illegally to Kathmandu. Police Inspector also said for further investigation the culprit had been transferred into District Administration Office.
