The video contains bizarre footage of a baby born at Bharatpur Hospital in Chitwan. The mob of people has gathered to have a glance at the baby born with unusual body postures and facial appearance. The baby was born to Babita Mushahar of Malpur, Ratnanagar municipality. The baby appears to be weird and very distinct than that of normal babies. The newborn has even got teeth but has no eyes. The physicians are now engaged in the investigation to know about the uncommon features of infant. The preliminary investigation states that the infant is suffered from deficiency, risking to the physically incapability. Dr. Pokharel asserted that such deformity is the consequence of the changes in genes. In addition, the misshapenness is even occurred when the pregnant women consume medicines.
