Body bizarre: A girl has football-sized tumor on her face

The world belongs to every person who lives on the Earth. There are so many people who are born with many deformities. They are forced to live the lives in difficulties but they are happy in their own ways. In this case, the video is here which is related to a teenager with a huge facial tumor had life-saving surgery to remove a mass the size of a football from her lower jaw. The teenager is 17-year-old Grace from the Democratic Republic of Congo. She would have died from suffocation if the aggressive bone tumor had continued to grow.

The surgery was carried out by Mercy Ships, an international charity which sends a hospital based on a former ferry boat along the coast of West Africa to help those who cannot afford hospital care. Gracy has been suffered from a large growing facial tumor for the past 10 years.It was started from a little swelling inside and the gums started to grow little by little. Talking to the program, Body Bizarre of TLC UK she has revealed that she has gone to the hospital but the family did not know what it was in reality.

The tumor was increased to the size of football and then Grace was fallen sick. She stayed indoors so hats she can avoid being stared by others. The condition was too horrible that Grace did not know what was going with her. Even though she was able to eat and breathe. But she was in fear that the ever growing tumor might suffocate her. The teen was so lucky that she has received the help from medical procedures in Africa Mercy, hospital in which one of a group of Mercy Ships that travel around the world performed treatment. The doctors then performed a four hour operation on Grace that involved removing her growing tumor and replaced her lower jaw with titanium plates. Her condition is improved. In the same, Dr. Gary Parker has also mentioned that Gracy will receive artificial teeth which will help with her chewing.
