An event was marked by Global Federation for Nepali Literature (GFNL) in Hotel Hardik, Bagbazar. The event contemplated on the prize distribution by the Federation. The event has also offered the letter of appreciation for four rescuers who have helped in the massive earthquake in Nepal on 25th of April, providing Rs. 25, 000 for each of the rescuer. In the same, the first, second and third winner of the open poem competition arranged by Global Federation for Nepali Literature (GFNL) are also offered Rs. 20, 000, Rs. 10, 000 and Rs. 5, 000 respectively. The program too paid the deep reverence to President of NRN, Shesh Ghale for his attempt to help the quake victims in Nepal. Speaking in the program, Shesh Ghale said, "I am glad that the Nepalese wherever they are, they are engaged in preserving the Nepali language and literature." He even wished for the attempts in the coming days too for the preservation of the language and literature.
