Deputy Superintendent of Police Abadesh Bista said three tankers with 27,000 litres of petroleum products entered Nepal via Rasuwagadhi point at 9:30 pm. The fuel-filled tankers will be kept at Timure providing high security, and be sent to Kathmandu Sunday morning, DSP Bista said, adding that remaining nine tankers will head to Kerung for fuel. Filling up Nepali tankers with petroleum products begat at 1 pm at Kerung, Tibet, said NOC Spokesperson Deepak Baral. <i>Posted by Anup Baral October 31, 2015 :</i><br />Talks between representatives of the Nepal government and the Joint Democratic Madhesi Front (JDMF) to resolve the political impasse over the country’s new Constitution ended inconclusively here today. The talks held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs ended without making any headway as both sides remain adamant on their stances, according to officials. The major demands of the Madhesi Front are to re-draw the demarcation of the federal provinces and inclusion of more rights and representation to the Indian-origin Madhesi people.<span style="background-color: white; line-height: 22.4px;">The government has agreed to address the five-point demands put forth by the agitating United Democratic Madhesi Front after three-hour meeting between the talk teams. The minister will be assisted by Federal Socialist Forum Vice-chairman Lalbabu Raut.The next meeting has been scheduled for Thursday. The government has requested the UDMF to call off protests. However, the UDMF has decided to go with the protests, Ray said. UDMF has been demanding to declare martyrs to deceased of the Madhes protests, provide compensation to family members of the deceased, free medical treatment to injured, lift declaration of conflict-hit areas and curfew in various districts and release all arrested UDMF cadres and leaders.</span></div>

Russian Airliner carrying over 217 passengers has crashed in central Sinai of Egypt. The Russian aviation authority Rosaviatsiya said in a statement that flight 7K 9268 left Sharm el-Sheikh at 06:51 Moscow time (03:51 GMT) and had been due into St Petersburgs Pulkovo airport at 12:10.  The authority added that the airline was disappeared after 20 minutes it took off from radar screens when travelling at 9,500m (31,000ft) because of wreckage of the plane. Most of the passengers traveling in the plane are likely to have died. A centre to help relatives of the passengers has been set up at Pulkovo airport. Egyptian Prime Minister Sharif Ismail said that he had formed a crisis committee to deal with the crash. Media too reports that at least 40 ambulances have been sent to the scene. Live flight tracking service Flight Radar 24s Mikail Robertson told that the plane was started to drop very fast losing 1,500m in one minute before the coverage was lost. Rescue teams have found at least 120 bodies in Egypts Sinai Peninsula where a Russian airliner carrying 224 people crashed on Saturday, a security source told Xinhua. The rescue teams are still searching for survivors and have transferred bodies of the victims to hospitals in Cairo by military planes, the source said. Most of the people on board are probably dead, a police officer at the scene told Xinhua by phone on condition of anonymity. The harrowing photos were released by the office of Egyptian Prime Minister Sharif Ismail, who visited the crash site in the Sinai Peninsula. They show the destroyed interior of the Irish-owned aircraft, which split apart upon impact, killing 200 adults, 17 children and seven crew members</div>

The first shipment will be dispatched to Kathmandu via the reopened Rasuwagadhi-Kerung trading point between Nepal and Tibet. The route along the trading point on both sides of the border was badly damaged in the massive earthquake in April. Nepal and China have also recently reopened two border check points -- Tatopani and Kerung. The first shipment from China is expected to arrive in the Nepalese capital Kathmandu as early as Tuesday, said sources at state-owned Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC). A six-member team from the NOC led by its Deputy General Manager Sushil Kumar Bhattarai has reached Sigatse in Tibet to discuss fuel import with Chinese officials, the sources said. Another high-level team from Nepal consisting officials from various ministries will soon leave for Beijing to sign a deal in this regard.</span></div>
